Terms and Conditions jom98 – Platform Usage Guidelines

01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Player" or "Member") and jom98 ("Platform", "we", or "jom98") regarding the use of the jom98.app website, the jom98 mobile app, and all services provided under the jom98 brand.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any game or service on jom98, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform immediately.

Jom98 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the jom98 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Registering voluntarily on your own behalf and not at the request or direction of any other party.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition, court order, or other restriction that prevents participation in online betting activities.
• Not currently enrolled in any active self-exclusion program at any other betting platform.
• Depositing your own legitimately earned funds and not money from illegal sources.

Jom98 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify a player's eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or account termination.

03 Account Registration and Player Responsibilities

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account at jom98. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited, regardless of whether the accounts are registered using different information, different devices, or different access methods.

During the registration process, you are required to:

• Providing true, accurate, current and complete personal information including your full name, identity card number, date of birth, email address and phone number.
• Choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying jom98 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Completing the Identity Verification (KYC) process when requested, including submitting a valid copy of your identity card or passport.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Jom98 supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for players in Malaysia, including online bank transfers (FPX) to all major banks, local e-wallets, and other digital payment methods.

Deposit policy:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the payment method selected and your account verification level.
• Jom98 does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal policy:

• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 business hours, subject to required security verification.
• The first withdrawal from a new account requires full KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Jom98 reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold for the purposes of security review, compliance checks, or investigation of suspicious activity.
• Funds must be withdrawn using the same payment method used for the deposit, except in circumstances approved by the jom98 team.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Jom98 offers various promotions and bonuses to members from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion on the Promotions us.

• Welcome bonuses and other promotions have wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is strictly prohibited.
• Jom98 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated wins if abuse is found to have occurred.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until the wagering requirements are fully met.
• Some games may not count, or may only partially count, towards meeting wagering requirements. Further details are stated in the terms of each promotion.

06 General Betting Rules

All betting and gameplay at jom98 are subject to the specific rules set for each game category. It is the player's responsibility to understand the game rules before playing.

• The outcome of all games at jom98 is determined by an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure fairness and transparency.
• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
• Jom98 reserves the right to void bets or gameplay in the event of a technical error, system disruption, or other extraordinary circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and players must comply with those limits at all times.
• In the event of a dispute, jom98's decision is final and binding.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jom98 platform and may result in immediate account termination without any refund:

• Fraud, hacking, use of automated software (bots), or any unauthorized method to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Registering an account using false information, another person's identity, or forged documents.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing someone else to play using your account.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, software bugs, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Any form of collusion or conspiracy between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour directed at jom98 staff or other players.

08 Account Suspension and Termination

Jom98 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming program.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of these terms, jom98 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in that account. For terminations not involving a breach, any valid balance will be returned to the player once all required reviews have been completed.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting our customer support. Self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming will be processed within 24 hours.

09 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jom98 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of our platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Valid betting outcomes that did not go in the player's favour.

Jom98 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or be fully protected against cyber threats at all times, although we consistently strive to maintain the highest standards of security and reliability.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

Jom98 takes your privacy and personal data protection seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal information is carried out in accordance with Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and should be read together with them.

By registering at jom98, you agree that we may collect and process your personal data for account management, identity verification (KYC), financial transaction processing, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes. All data is processed and stored using robust encryption systems to ensure your information remains secure at all times.

11 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jom98 platform, including but not limited to website design, logos, graphics, text, software, source code, brand names, and other visual elements, is the exclusive property of jom98 or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are not permitted to copy, redistribute, publish, modify, or use any content on the jom98 platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from jom98. Any infringement of intellectual property rights will be addressed in accordance with applicable legal procedures.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties involved.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to pursue arbitration or an appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanism. jom98 reserves the right to make the final decision on all disputes relating to the interpretation of these Terms, subject to the player's right to seek valid legal remedies.
